Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their
legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts with enterprise
and mid-market customers
Support business teams by identifying and mitigating potential
legal risks
Develop templates and playbooks to improve collaboration and
support the Sales team
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
Must possess a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be
an active member of the Bar
Strong understanding of contract negotiation, risk management, and
compliance across the USA and EMEA
Understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other relevant privacy laws
applicable to SaaS preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a
global company
