Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage
contracts and proposals with various Civilian Business Groups.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, negotiate, accept, and administer government contracts in
accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders throughout the
capture, proposal, and contract execution phases
Manage multiple projects concurrently while effectively
communicating issues that impact other departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
with six years of experience, or a Master's Degree with four years
of experience
Experience managing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a
variety of contracts, including government contracts
Ability to handle complex contractual issues and collaborate with
program and finance teams
Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing
contracts, including FAR, TINA, and CAS
U.S. Citizenship is required
