A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Account Management -
Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing Account Management team to achieve
growth and retention
Drive team performance across key metrics, including quota
achievement and customer onboarding
Collaborate with Account Managers to develop strategies that
enhance revenue growth and customer value
Required Qualifications
6+ years of management experience leading an Account
Management/Sales team in a high growth environment
Experience in performance management, coaching, and development of
customer-facing teams
Proven track record of managing team metrics, including quota and
retention rates
Previous experience in strategy and value conversations with
executive stakeholders
Prior experience using Salesforce
