A company is looking for a Customer Education Enablement Program
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement customer education programs, including
on-demand courses and live training sessions
Develop engaging educational content and professional learning
sessions for the Consultant team
Build and optimize learning pathways to enhance Consultant
onboarding and engagement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement,
instructional design, or a related field
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional
design methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate
effectively across teams
Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools
Ability to track program performance and use data-driven insights
for optimization
