Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transition Manager to oversee client
onboarding and service transition projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate people and processes for timely completion of onboarding
or service transition projects
Review client purchase agreements for accuracy and deliverability
while adhering to service transition standards
Create and execute project work plans, manage day-to-day
operations, and ensure project artifacts are complete and
accurate
Required Qualifications
3+ years of IT service transition and/or project management
experience
Experience with tools such as ConnectWise, IT Glue, Kaseya VSA, and
Asana
Current PMP or ITIL Foundation certifications are strongly
preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business area preferred
Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is a
plus
