Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Central Operations, 100%
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the Patient Connection Center and Clinical
Operations to enhance efficiency and performance
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance against operational
KPIs and implement process improvements
Lead workforce management strategies, including recruitment,
training, and operational education of clinical staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Management, Operations, or a related field (Master's preferred)
8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in
healthcare or clinical settings
Strong analytics and reporting skills with experience in managing
call centers or clinical operations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex
initiatives to completion
Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and quality
assurance in a healthcare setting is a plus
