Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dental Claims Approver II.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process dental claims that cannot be automatically
processed by the mainframe system
Apply state laws to the processing of initial claims and appeals,
and investigate written appeals and inquiries
Follow up on claims requiring additional information or pending in
the system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Entry-level position; no specific degree required
Proficient PC navigation skills, including mainframe systems
Ability to handle pressure in a production and quality-focused
environment
Dependable with good attendance and willingness to work overtime
when requested
Flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing work
environment
