Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel,
Transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Support transactional work and serve as lead counsel on relevant
matters
Provide legal advice on various transactional matters, including
joint ventures and healthcare-related business transactions
Negotiate, review, and draft contracts while advising on compliance
with legal requirements
Required Qualifications
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Minimum seven (7) years of relevant healthcare legal experience
Admitted to practice law in the State of Washington
Experience with the legal and regulatory framework governing
healthcare operations
Preferred prior experience advising a complex healthcare services
organization
