Responsibilities:
--- Preparation of commitments, title policies, and settlement documents
--- Preparation of Settlement statements, CD,s and other financial documents
--- Ordering title searches, surveys, payoffs, lien releases, and other items
--- required by the contract
--- Reviewing title reports and clearing titles
--- Coordination of settlements with lenders and real estate agents

Qualifications:
--- Virginia title license required, DC and/or MD title license a plus
--- Minimum of 2 years of Title Processing experience required
--- Strong communication and people skills are required, as well as an understanding that the customer is always right
--- Ability to problem-solve and work with lenders and realtors to accomplish time-sensitive goals
--- Candidate should be detail-oriented, be able to multi-task, and work well with deadlines
--- Familiarity with foreclosure and short sales a plus
--- Good computer and data entry skills required
