Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide
patients through their services using a patient-centered
approach.
Key Responsibilities
Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and follow up
on emails/phone calls until patient needs are addressed
Communicate professionally with customers and make recommendations
for equipment to improve quality of care
Document patient interactions, verify order details, and assist in
achieving departmental goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare
administrative roles or customer service
Two (2) years of work-related experience for senior level
positions, including one (1) year of exact job experience
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home
medical supplies environment is preferred
