Come join us!Compensation:$65,000 DOEResponsibilities:Preparation of commitments, title policies, and settlement documentsPreparation of Settlement statements, CD,s and other financial documentsOrdering title searches, surveys, payoffs, lien releases, and other itemsrequired by the contractReviewing title reports and clearing titlesCoordination of settlements with lenders and real estate agentsQualifications:Virginia title license required, DC and/or MD title license a plusMinimum of 2 years of Title Processing experience requiredStrong communication and people skills are required, as well as an understanding that the customer is always rightAbility to problem-solve and work with lenders and realtors to accomplish time-sensitive goalsCandidate should be detail-oriented, be able to multi-task, and work well with deadlinesFamiliarity with foreclosure and short sales a plusGood computer and data entry skills requiredAbout CompanyAedis Title is a full-service real estate settlement and title company serving the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. areas.
