Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Specialist to drive
enrollments and support potential members through the enrollment
process.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enrollments by reaching out to qualified leads and guiding
them through the enrollment process
Utilize effective closing techniques to address concerns and
convert potential members
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure members receive accurate
information and support
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales
preferred
Professional phone manner and ability to persuade and influence
others
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using computers and relevant tools (e.g., Zoom
Workplace, Excel, Jira, Slack, Notion)
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
