Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Care Representative - Remote -
Central.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and claims processing from members, clients, and
pharmacies
Support clinical care by processing Prior Authorization requests
and assisting members with medication alternatives
Provide account support through QA testing and maintaining pharmacy
contact information
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience
Knowledge of claims processing is helpful
High School Diploma and/or college degree in a related field
preferred
Pharmacy technician experience preferred, but not required
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
