Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Resource Center Associate
to provide Tier 1 support for employees system-wide.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for employees and management regarding
inquiries about personnel actions, new hire paperwork, and
benefits
Project a friendly and professional image while assisting
employees
Review multiple data points to provide accurate answers and adjust
notes based on changes in benefits and policies
Required Qualifications
Vocational business training or college coursework; AA degree
preferred
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or
healthcare administration
Four (4) years in service or call center support, or two (2) years
of leadership experience may substitute for HR experience
Experience with employee benefits, policies, and union contracts
preferred
Experience with computer software applications and/or high-volume
call centers; healthcare environment experience preferred
