Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Account Associate - Commercial
Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in directing day-to-day activities of Team
Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant
Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and
other policy processing tasks
Maintain accurate data in agency systems and ensure timely
completion of tasks and activities
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of industry experience, or 5+ years of related customer
service experience
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
Active licensing is required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
