Intelligence (BI)Architect, you willbe responsible fordesigning,
developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that
drive data-driven decision-making across organizations. The
Architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand their
data needs and translate them into technical requirements.Therole
will involve creating data models, designing ETL processes, and
designing dashboards and reports. The BI Architect will alsobe
responsible forguiding the technical team and ensuring best
practices are implemented for the BI solutions. The
candidateshouldhave a strong background in data warehousing, data
modeling, and BI tools along with excellent problem-solving and
communication skills.Work You'll DoDesign, develop,and implement
Business Intelligence and data analytics solutions, including data
warehouses, data lakes, ETL processes, reporting, and
visualizationCreate andoptimizelogical and physical data models to
support reporting and analytics needs, ensuring data consistency
and accuracyDesignandbuild robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration from
variousdatasourcesWork closely with business stakeholders, data
analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to gather requirements and
translate them into BI solutionsMonitor andoptimizeBI solutions for
performance, scalability, and securityEvaluate, select, and
integrate new BI tools and technologies to enhance analytics
capabilities, staying current with industry trends and
innovationsProvide training, documentation, and support to users
and data teams, promoting the effective use of BI tools,
bestpracticesand standardsLead and mentor a team of BI developers,
analysts, and data engineers, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance work environmentOther duties as
assignedRequirementsMinimum of 8 years of experience in Business
Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Data Architecture roles, with at
least 3-5 years in a BI Architect or similar roleExpertisein BI
tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms;proficiencyin
SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools like SSIS, Talend, or
InformaticaIn-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL
Server, Oracle, MySQL) and modern data warehousing solutions (e.g.,
Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks)Experience with cloud data
platforms such as Azure, AWS, including data storage, data
pipelines, and analytics servicesExcellent analytical and
problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to translate complex
data into actionable insightsExperience inestablishingdata
governance frameworks, data quality management, and data security
practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
and lead cross-functional teamsRelevant certifications in BI tools,
data architecture, or cloud platforms are a plus (e.g., Microsoft
Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics,
etc.)Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including
travel to client locationsMust be legally authorized to work in the
United States without the need for employer sponsorshipPreferred

position is $125,000-$150,000. In addition to this base salary,
individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This
range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package
together with our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, majority
employer-paid benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.

compensation may vary due to numerous factors including but not
limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant
