Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer with
construction/manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging eLearning modules and instructional content for
onboarding and systems training
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure training materials align with
business goals
Oversee content integration and organization within the Learning
Management System (LMS)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related
field
3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a
SaaS environment
Proficiency in LMS administration and eLearning authoring tools,
such as Articulate Storyline
Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional
design models like ADDIE
Experience with multimedia production tools is a plus
