Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Analyst II / Senior Contract
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and draft moderately complex and non-complex contract
documents
Interpret and analyze plan documents to match provisional intent
and enhance customer satisfaction
Mitigate financial risk by drafting legally defensible
contracts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Contract Analyst II: 1 - 2 years of related experience; Senior
Contract Analyst: 3+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or
relevant experience
Full knowledge of coverage features and standard contractual
provisions related to group insurance products
Able to work collaboratively with other analysts and personnel
Ability to provide mentoring and training for less experienced
colleagues
