Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Enablement Analyst to
join their Technical Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for multiple products and serve as a
liaison between Product and Customer Management teams
Drive the implementation of UI, SQL, and JSON-based configurations
and assist with application issue troubleshooting
Engage directly with clients to advise on optimal workflows and
configurations throughout product implementations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, or
healthcare
5+ years of experience in technology implementation or product
management with a healthcare focus
Experience working directly with customers in a product
implementation or management capacity
Coding experience in SQL
Basic understanding of healthcare quality measure performance
concepts and workflows
