Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed P&C Customer Service
Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle moderate to complex inquiries related to policies and
billing
Document customer requests and resolve service concerns
efficiently
Process changes to customer policies and ensure customer
satisfaction on all transactions
Required Qualifications
Possession of a Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty
License
0-2 years of experience in customer service (preferred)
Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes
Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls and other communication
sources
Demonstrated accuracy in processing policy changes
