Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to shape
the post-sales experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Build a customer experience model for various customer types,
including employers, employees, and brokers
Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team while driving
progress toward key metrics
Manage day-to-day operations of customer support and handle
escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer support, account management, or
similar roles, preferably in healthcare or insurance
Experience in scaling support teams and operations in a high-growth
environment
Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance support
team
Proven capability to manage competing customer priorities while
maintaining organization
Demonstrated passion for the company's mission
