Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer - CFO.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a long-term financial roadmap to support
company growth and international expansion
Own the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function,
ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting
Manage fundraising efforts, including equity, debt financing, and
investor relations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in
eCommerce, CPG, DTC brands, or high-growth startups
Proven experience in scaling financial operations, P&L
management, and revenue growth strategies
Deep understanding of eCommerce financial metrics (CAC, LTV, ad
spend attribution, conversion rates, and churn)
Experience with financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g.,
NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks), and data analytics tools
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with
experience working with CEOs, investors, and cross-functional
teams
