A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Federal
Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for implementing and monitoring a Federal
Compliance Program
Convert business development strategies into departmental goals and
tactical plans
Utilize Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance processes
and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of management-level experience in government contracting
or related fields
Experience with federal contracting and government compliance (48
CFR, FAR, DFAR)
Proven leadership skills and experience in continuous improvement
processes
Strong analytical and presentation skills for business performance
analysis
