A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements,
including software licenses and service agreements
Provide legal advice on commercial matters, focusing on data
privacy and intellectual property
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate
commercial agreements while creating legal collateral
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in technology
Experience with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Strong understanding of data privacy and intellectual property
laws
Experience with CLM and optimizing legal operations
