Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Rep II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for application issues to internal and
external users
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure superior customer service and
maintain communication with customers
Act as a customer advocate for high-priority issues and assist in
identifying system defects
Required Qualifications
Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience required
1-2 years of experience in software support or a related
position
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass nationwide Criminal Justice Information Systems
background clearance
