(Virtual).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of quality review
programs and strategies
Establish an environment for transformative solutions to enhance
customer and employee experiences
Drive talent advancement and maintain strong engagement with
leadership across various processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of management leadership experience
Proven ability to innovate and motivate change while sustaining
performance levels
Strong understanding of staffing models and capacity planning
Effective leadership and analytical skills with a focus on talent
management
Bachelor's degree and/or significant related experience
preferred
